This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Netlify automatically processes technical data in server logs: your IP address, date and time of the request, the requested resource, and your browser's user agent. This is necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure; the legal basis is our legitimate interest in the reliable, secure provision of this website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Netlify processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) and deletes log data after a short period. Where data is transferred to the United States, the transfer is safeguarded by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or EU standard contractual clauses.

This site uses Netlify Real User Metrics. Your browser loads a small measurement script from Netlify that reports technical performance data — page load timings, the requested URL, and your browser's user agent — to Netlify. This data contains no names or account information, sets no cookies, and is used only in aggregate form so we can see how fast the site loads for real visitors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the performant provision of this website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Netlify processes this data on our behalf under the data processing agreement mentioned above.

The fonts on this site (Geist, Geist Mono) are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google or any other third-party font service is made when the site loads.

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels, no advertising, and no embedded third-party content. The only measurement is the aggregate performance monitoring described above; nothing on this site identifies or profiles you. The sixty-second timer runs entirely in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.

If you email us, we process the personal data you provide (your address and the content of your message) to handle the conversation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your inquiry relates to entering a business relationship, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We keep correspondence only as long as needed for that purpose, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.

The experiments listed on this site link to external websites. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the respective site applies.
